Rooms

23 temperature-controlled areas. Ripening and dry rooms also show humidity.

Process loops

Glycol (3,300 kW) and chilled water (1,500 kW) carry 4,800 kW of the 5,529 kW high-stage design load, fed by ammonia plate heat exchangers at −4 °C.

Machine room

Two-stage ammonia plant: one Mycom V-250MM-B booster, three V-250M-L high-stage compressors, four WXRD-3000B evaporative condensers.

2025 back-test: annual savings from intelligent floating head and smart load management

Every hour of 2025 Faisalabad weather (8,760 hours) run through the IRC plant model twice: once as a conventional plant holding a fixed 36 °C head pressure, once under KelvinSense control: condensing chosen hourly for the lowest compressor plus fan power, intermediate suction reset at part load, and optimised compressor sequencing. Electricity valued at PKR 70/kWh.
